You must choose a subscription plan and pay before I start working on your issues. Payments are processed securely through a third party. Subscription fees are non-refundable.
All payments are final because this service involves personalized support and dedicated time from me. Once I start working on your issue, the value has been delivered whether the problem is resolved immediately or requires ongoing work. Due to the nature of support, I cannot offer refunds.
I handle issues related to WordPress themes and plugins that you subscribe for. If a problem lies outside that scope, I will inform you and suggest next steps. I do not take responsibility for third-party products or hosting providers.
I will communicate clearly and honestly about your support requests. I aim to respond my first reply within 24 hours but sometimes delays may happen.
You must provide accurate information about your WordPress site and issues. Please cooperate to help me diagnose and fix problems.
I work to fix your issues but do not guarantee specific results or uptime. I am not responsible for any loss or damage caused by using my services.
If you provide login access to your site, please make sure to back up your site and data first. It’s your responsibility to keep your credentials safe and to limit access only to trusted parties. I take care to protect your information, but I am not liable for any issues caused by unauthorized access or data loss.
Either party can end the subscription at any time. After termination, I will no longer provide support.
I may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted here. Continued use means you agree to updated terms.
