We refund duplicate charges and purchases for which we cannot provide a working download or license. If a material defect prevents an advertised Pro feature, please report it within 14 days when reasonably possible. We will investigate; if we cannot provide a fix or working replacement, we will refund the purchase.
After a working download has been delivered or the license has been activated, we do not normally offer change-of-mind refunds. This does not limit any rights you have under applicable law. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where possible; processing times depend on the payment provider and bank. A refunded license is revoked, and Pro features stop when the plugin next completes a successful license check.
